Terms
How we work- A basic search of a mark means a search for identical word marks within the relevant jurisdiction.
- Official fees are shown in the currency charged by the office and converted at the time of payment.
- Service fees may be partially adjusted if exchange rates move.
- Bank charges on international transfers and collections, and certain taxes, may be borne by the client.
- VAT on the amounts received is charged separately.
- Fees assume each jurisdiction’s standard filing scope; for some countries the scope and terms can be adjusted by prior agreement.
