What to prepare before an international trademark filing

Applicant name in English: Individuals should use the passport name. Companies should provide the name on the English corporate register extract or the English name actually used.
Applicant identification: Individuals need a date of birth and passport number; companies need their business registration number.
Address and contact details: Provide an English postal address with postcode, telephone number, and email. A business website is optional but helps us understand the company's products and services.
The mark: Provide the mark name and any logo image or other representation to be protected.
Goods and services: List what the mark will protect, for example men's trousers, travel bags, health supplements, retail of home appliances, or restaurant services.
Filing jurisdictions and follow-up documents: List the jurisdictions where you wish to file. We will separately explain or request any additional information and documents required locally.
